Job Summary:
Prepares drinks for guests and Servers.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur.
Prepares beverages for guests and servers with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation.
Stays current on all beverage recipes, garnishes, and industry trends to ensure high-quality service.
- Operates the Micros system, ringing up all drinks, accepting payments, and issuing proper change.
- Assists in training bar attendants.
Possesses thorough knowledge of drink garnishes, appropriate glassware, and ingredients.
Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.
- Assists fellow team members in their duties as well as always maintaining high sanitation standards.
Ensure clear and consistent communication across shifts to ensure continuity of service.
- Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures.
- Understands that schedules are subject to change.
- Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures.
- Performs all the bar back duties.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or outlined by leadership.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Prior bartending experience required.
Proficient in basic computer operations
Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:
- Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
Capable of obtaining and maintaining all required licenses and certifications for the position.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Maintains a clean, well-groomed appearance and consistently wears the proper uniform, including name tag, identification badge, and slip-resistant footwear.
Arrives to work on time and follows correct clock-in procedures.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all job-related policies, procedures, and responsibilities.
Provides prompt, professional, and courteous service to all guests at all times.
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
- Performs well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of service.
- Must also possess a cooperative, helpful and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Complies with all established cut-off procedures, ensuring proper documentation is completed and submitted to Guest Safety, the Beverage Manager, and the Director.
Understands and applies information from Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) as required for the role.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing on feet and walking
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
