Porterhouse Steakhouse Seeking PT and FT Servers and Hosts

Established steakhouse in downtown San Mateo, Porterhouse, is hiring FOH staff. We are seeking motivated and positive individuals with strong communication skills.

We are a fine dining steakhouse and we dry-age USDA Prime beef in-house. That being said, knowledge of all menus, steak cuts, and our beverage program is greatly stressed. All necessary info on our food and beverages are given and you are expected to consistently study the dynamic nature of the restaurant business.

Do NOT apply if you need a job for a few months. Please DO apply if you have always had a passion for food, the art of butchering, wine, bourbon, scotch, etc.

Needed:
FT: Waiter/Waitress and Host/Hostess
We are an expanding steakhouse and are seeking long-term employees. If you feel a steakhouse with a dynamic menu and like challenging yourself to make people happy with knowledge, good food and service please find us.

FOH staff is paid with tips and competitive hourly pay. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays!
