Housekeeper Schedule: Friday & Saturday, 7am 3:30pm Pay: $17.50/hr Responsibilities: Dusting, cleaning glass, vacuuming amenity rooms, and emptying trash. Clean and polish floors, lobbies, elevator tracks, and stairwells. Disinfect bathrooms and polish metal fixtures. Other tasks as assigned. Requirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs and frequent climbing. Basic reading, writing, and communication in English. 2. Houseperson Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 6:30am 3pm; Saturday, 7am 3:30pm Pay: $17.50/hr Responsibilities: Clean and maintain amenity rooms, lobby furniture, and floors. Sweep parking garages, loading zones, and recreation decks. Perform preventive maintenance and water extraction. Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and frequent climbing.
