General Duties & Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning duties in the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and other spaces, including weekly deep cleaning tasks such as the ice machine.
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or hand-washing methods.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
Assist with scheduled deep cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, cutting, and cleaning produce.
Ensure kitchen staff have necessary tools and equipment readily available for efficient operations.
Receive, organize, and store food and kitchen supplies properly to maintain freshness and order.
Restock dining areas and restrooms with supplies, including napkins, toilet paper, and hand soap.
Manage trash and recycling, ensuring waste is sorted and disposed of according to policies and regulations.
Consistently adhere to health and safety regulations to uphold high cleanliness standards.
