Job DetailsBoka Restaurant Group and Jean Banchet Award of Culinary Excellence winner, Chef Gene Kato, are currently looking for a part time Line Cook, with full time position possible in the future. We are looking for a candidate with night time and weekend availability.

ABOUT ITOKO: ITOKO is a sushi and robata house located in Chicagos historic Southport Lanes building. The menu features Katos high level of ingredients and technique, but brings a relaxed environment curated for the Southport neighborhood.
LINE COOK S RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Keep station organized during busy service
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and your station
- Cooking dishes while following recipes
- Opening or closing the kitchen
- Work as part of a team
QUALIFICATIONS:

This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to providing great service and is seeking to become a member of a hard-working and fun team!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift 10- 30lbs if necessary.
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.
- Stand and walk for the entirety of an eight-hour shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant.
