Legal Receptionist (Bilingual)

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Legal Receptionist to join a law firm in Orlando, FL.

The ideal candidate is someone with a warm personality, great communication skills, and a can-do attitude. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls with clear communication in both Spanish and English
Handle mail, packages, and coordinate with vendors
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Support basic administrative tasks as needed
Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate kindness to clients at all times

Qualifications:
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
Professional demeanor with a friendly and outgoing personality
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Previous front desk or receptionist experience within a law firm or legal setting is highly preferred

Location: Orlando, FL 32803
Compensation: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (On-site only)
