at Beacon Hill Solutions Group, LLC in Oak Park, Illinois, United States Job Description Our client, a healthcare organization, is looking for a candidate in a part-time capacity to help with the Front Desk. This role supports the Operations Team by maintaining confidentiality while helping clients access services in a customer friendly manner. The ideal candidate has a friendly, customer-facing personality while being able to navigate problems quickly. This is a part-time role with the hours of Wednesday and Thursday 1-8pm and Saturdays as needed. Other days may be added if coverage is needed. Responsibilities: Implement and monitor projects as directed by management and see the projects through to completion. Perform front desk duties on an on-going basis including answering/responding to telephone calls, scheduling client appointments, collecting client fees and other supporting documents, distributing agency mail, and completing opening and/or closing procedures. Perform confidential administrative support functions including written correspondence, data entry, and client record requests. Assist in agency's Staff Development activities. Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate. Create/revise agency policies/procedures/forms, as needed. Respond to questions and requests for information. Qualifications: At least a year of office experience with High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred Cooperative attitude, team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
