Maintenance Mechanic

Performs rounds to monitor condition of building and equipment. Performs general maintenance activities such as painting, cement, dry-wall, minor electrical, mechanical or plumbing. Completes assigned preventative maintenance activities. Performs ice and snow removal, and groundskeeping activities as required. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education High School diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience Two years experience in general maintenance or related duties Required Registration/License/Certification Valid driver's license with clear driving record preferred
