Function Coordinator/Bellman Starting Rate is $22.00 per hour, plus tipsWe are looking for a Full or Part Time Function Coordinator/Bellman, capable of attending to our guests and facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to service guests to their guest rooms with their luggage and to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our popular AAA Four Diamond reputation. RESPONSIBILITIES Group functions set-up, break down and servicingMaking sure group function sites are clean and presentable for groups and site toursAssist with Technical/AV/Audio SupportProtect equipment and make sure there are no inadequaciesDeal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patienceCheck stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriateEnsure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to check-in standardsNotify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances throughout the propertyAccompany guests to their guest room and assist them with their luggageAssist in stocking closets & making deliveriesPerform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dustingAdhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices REQUIREMENTSExperience as a bellman is a plus, however we are willing to train the right candidateMust be flexible with availability i.e., weekday & weekend, days & evenings & holidaysAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamCustomer-oriented and friendlyPrioritization and time management skillsWorking quickly without compromising qualityExperience with Audio/Visual equipment a plusBENEFITSPay starting at $17.50 per hour plus tipsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long-Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentGreat pay and work environment
