Day Porter (Centreville) compensation: $18 per hour looking for worker for property located in centreville VA. Job is for 6/2-6/3 but can turn into long term role with the right fit. Cleans and maintains pristine cleanliness of the Club house, walkways, stairways, and other common areas including washing, dusting, polishing, etc. Maintains Onsite Grills and picnic tables Maintains common area walls, windows, and doors, wash and clean, and washing windows Maintains common area lighting which involves changing light bulbs when lights are out Responsible for maintaining the appropriate level of sanitary and cleaning supplies for assigned areas Empty all trash receptacles and transport trash to the disposal area Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Performs other duties as assigned 90% of the job will be dedicated to Cleaning duties and 10% dedicated to light maintenance duties post id: ...
