SAGE Dining Services is seeking an experienced full-time Dishwasher to join our team at a beautiful private day school in Memphis, TN. SAGE offers weekly pay, comprehensive year-round benefits, continuous training, and room to grow your food service career!
Our teams work together to provide exceptional dining experiences that foster community and inspire minds among students, faculty, and staff at all of our venues.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Follows the school calendar, so holidays and summers are off
Occasional overtime available for catering events, with prior notice

What you'll do:
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
Rotate products in inventory.
Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.
Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies.
Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
What you'll need:
Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
