This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: at Enchantment Resort and Mii Amo SpaStart Date: April 1, 2025End Date: November 30, 2025Boynton Canyon Management Company d/b/a Enchantment Resort and Mii AmoSpa, located in Sedona, Arizona, seeks fifteen (15) full-time, temporaryHousekeepers who will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining allrooms, suites, and indoor common areas at the property, which includesvacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfectingbathrooms, washing windows, and driving golf carts on the property forpersonal transportation between work areas.Will report directly to the Director of Housekeeping at EnchantmentResort and Mii Amo Spa.Three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or privateclub required.Travel is not required.Daily transportation to and from worksite is provided for those livingin employee housing.On-the-job training is provided.Wage: \$17.00 - \$18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Gratuity-eligibleposition, so actual wage with tips may occasionally be higher. Overtimeis available at \$25.50 - \$27.00 per hour.Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can includeevening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day ofthe week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 4:00pm or12:00pm to 8:00pm. Shift hours may vary.A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis forworkers who are relocating to begin employment. Housing is shared withfour (4) employees to a unit and includes utilities. Cost of housing, ifaccepted, is \$125.00 per bi-weekly pay period. If used, total cost ofhousing will be deducted from paycheck. A \$500.00 security deposit isrequired. The security deposit will be deducted from paycheck in equal\$50.00 installments from workers first ten (10) paychecks. Up to\$250.00 of the security deposit is refundable upon the unit passingmove out inspection.Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for workers solebenefit, including but not limited to medical insurance, dentalinsurance, vision insurance, and a 401k plan. If voluntarily elected byworker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted frompaycheck. Worker will be provided one meal per shift. If working adouble shift, two meals will be provided. On-site purchases for itemssuch as shoes for crew members or employee sales may also be deductedfrom the employees paycheck if elected by employee. These items do notextend to outlet purchases, such as lunch in the restaurant or retailitems.All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer willpay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation andsubsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Uponcompletion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The employerwill pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonableinbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first workweek.The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for allreasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the lastworkweek. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will beequal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved.
