We are looking for versatile individuals who are eager to learn and take on various support roles within our team.

Busser: As a Busser you willmunicate with and assist servers to maintain service efficiency and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include serving water, bread, and butter, refilling as needed, clearing guests' plates and utensils between courses, and resetting tables. You will also assist waitstaff with hot beverages and maintain clean,anized, and well-stocked workstations. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service to guests, striving towards guest satisfaction, positive employee relations, and profitability.

Food Runner: As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver food promptly and accurately to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests at their tables

Ensure orders areplete and presented according to our restaurant's standards

Maintain a clean andanized work area

Address any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Expeditor: Our Expeditors play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are prepared and delivered to guests in a timely and accurate manner. This position requires excellentmunication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all food orders are prepared and delivered according to the restaurant's standards and guest specifications.

Act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and the serving team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Inspect dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before they are served to guests.

Monitor the timing of food preparation to ensure that all dishes for a table are ready simultaneously.

Address any issues or discrepancies with orders promptly and efficiently.

Maintain a clean andanized expediting station and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

Assist kitchen and serving staff as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred.

Stronganizational and multitasking skills.

Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail andmitment to quality.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Valet: El Gaucho Bellevue is seeking a high-energy valet to join our incredible team. Our guest experience starts and ends with impeccable valet service. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of exceptional relationship-oriented guest service and effective interpersonalmunication skills. A desire to further develop individual talents and an eagerness to learn the true essence of the hospitality profession are both a must.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and weing arriving guests

Opening car doors and escorting guests safely into the restaurant

Safely driving, parking, moving, and retrieving guest vehicles

Organizing, securing, and storing guest car keys

Explaining valet parking procedures

Basic understanding of the restaurant and neighborhood

Communication with the management team

Maintaining a hospitality-forward mindset

Upkeep of the sidewalk and valet area

Maintaining a clean, professional, and groomed appearance

Exhibiting a professional demeanor under stress

Qualifications:

Experience preferred

Valid US driver's license

Safe driving record

Proficient in operating manual and stick shift vehicles
