Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lounge Porter/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the nightclub, including the kitchen, bar, and public areas. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, andmitted to upholding health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment inpliance with health regulations.

Assist with basic cleaning duties in the kitchen, bar, and storage areas.

Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of all floors in public and back-of-house areas.

Remove trash and recycling from designated areas and ensure proper disposal.

Replenish stock of cleaning supplies and dishwashing materials as needed.

Assist with receiving andanizing deliveries, ensuring proper storage.

Perform light maintenance duties and report any major issues to management.

Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and maintained throughout the night.

Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly.

Support bar and kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong attention to detail and amitment to cleanliness.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Team player with goodmunication and time management skills.

Must be legally authorized to work in The United States
