Part-time (3 shifts per week to start)

Pay:

$16.00/hour + pooled tips (averaging $5 $10/hour, season dependent)

The Role:

We re looking for a flexible and reliable Caf Team Member who can handle both Front of House (FOH) service and assist with some Back of House (BOH) prep. You ll be involved in customer service, coffee and drink preparation, light food prep, and keeping the caf clean and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Deliver friendly, efficient customer service at the counter

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and smoothies (latte art skills a plus!)

Assist with food prep and sandwich assembly

Maintain a clean andanized space (dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, restocking...etc)

Opening or Closing duties

Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions

Qualifications:

Prior caf or restaurant experience required

Must have experience making espresso drinks

Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment

Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player

Must be available weekends (opener/closer availability preferred)

Valid Oregon Food Handler s Card (or willing to obtain within 30 days)

Valid OLCC permit (or willing to obtain within 30 days)

Schedule:

Starting at 3 shifts per week, with the opportunity to take on more once you're up to speed and trained across roles.
