Position Overview:
We re looking for a self-motivated and energetic Bartender with an eye for detail, and a natural flair for customer service, we want you to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a fun, friendly atmosp.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with creativity and precision.
Provide exceptional, friendly service to our guests, ensuring each person feels wee and valued.
Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies,anizing storage, and maintaining cleanliness.
Upsell drinks and menu items, utilizing knowledge of the menu to suggest pairings or new specials.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Create a lively and engaging atmosp, connecting with guests and fostering a positive environment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest drink trends, techniques, and seasonal offerings.
What We're Looking For:
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is just as valuable.
Self-driven with an ability to take initiative and manage time effectively.
Strongmunication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
A passion for creativity and a genuine love for the art of mixology.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
Must be flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
