Front of House Team Member - Portland Locations

FOTM is a Portland-basedpany with six brick and mortar units. We pride ourselves in serving quality ingredients that are locally sourced, humanely raised and house-made. We are looking for a candidate who s our passion for providing the best customer service through an environmentally and socially conscious business in the Portland and Bend restaurantmunities.

Position Details:

Part Time: 3-4 shifts per week

Hourly is $16.50/hour and tips range $8-15/hour.

Weekend and Tuesday availability required. T may be a mix of AM and PM shifts. Schedules will vary and approved time off is always honored.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1 year of previous casual dining experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

Bartending and Expo experience a plus

Current food handlers permit

OLCC license required

Able to work fast, stayanized and keep a clean station

Able to work on your own as well as a with team

Strong punctuality

High standards of food safety, workplace safety and cleanliness

Ability to work on your feet for 7-8 hours (or more) and lift 50 pounds

Availability on nights and weekends

Friendly, respectful and team-oriented

Ability to take direction

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Wage plus tips

Tips: $8-15/hour average

Physical Requirements:

As a member of our team, you will be working in a kitchen environment. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You will be asked to operate traditional restaurant equipment. Depending on the location, you may need to go up and down stairs. The ability tomunicate and exchange information with coworkers and others is also required. You will be expected toply with all public health requirements.

Working Conditions:

High noise levels due to operations, guests, and overhead music

Ability to work in close quarters and around high heat environments for extended periods of time

May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on shop (varied weather conditions are expected); including delivering order car side to the guest

Varying schedule to include opening and closing shifts, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates

Handle cooked or raw meat and possible allergens including soy, wheat, dairy, strawberries, and/or coconut
