Job Summary: Requirements:

- 18 of age or older

Additional Info:

- Must pass background check and drug screening

Preferred:

- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping

- Comfortable working in environments with exposure to cleaning chemicals and bodily fluids

- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Housekeeping experience

Job Duties:

- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing

- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, restrooms, breakrooms, dining rooms and other common areas

- Dispose of trash and waste materials safely and efficiently

- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap and trash liners

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished

- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures, using personal protective equipment as required

- Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner

- Promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel

- Lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 30 lbs. and move continuously

- Work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

- $15.00 an hour- Depending on Experience

Days/Hours:

- Full time day shift

- 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

- 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Weekends, rotating weekends 4 on 2 off

Compensation

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 per Hour Depending on Experience
