We are an artisan bakery with a wholesale bakery program that bakes bread and pastries for the other restaurants in the MML Hospitality group.

We bake naturally leavened hearth breads, bagels, baguettes, banh mi rolls, brioche, ciabatta, focaccia, hamburger buns, Lobster rolls and white & wheat pullman loaves. We laminate, form and bake all our croissants, morning buns, Kouign Amann and danish in house. Everything is baked fresh daily.

We are looking for a talented, detail oriented Baker to laminate, shape, and bake croissants and pastries. They should be energetic, motivated,anized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidates are proactive team players who display a strong work ethic and are able to work alongside and our talented team of night bakers. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules and will be asked to work holidays and weekends.

This shift is from 3pm -1am and full time

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

- Must be detail-oriented

- Previous production baking experience necessary

- Ability to lift 50# bags of flour and large batches of dough

- Experience working with deck ovens, rotating rack ovens and divider / roller machines a plus

- A strong understanding of how toanize, assemble and pack orders

- Must have strongmunication skills

- Flexibility in scheduling, availability to work weekends and holidays

- Desire to learn and develop skills

- Positive attitude
