Job Description:
Unidos is a Latin fusion restaurant in Naples, FL, known for its creative take on traditional flavors from across Latin America. We re seeking a talented Kitchen manager to assist our kitchen team. This rolebines culinary leadership with operational oversight of the back of house.
What You ll Do:
- Lead daily kitchen operations and service
- Design and execute seasonal Latin fusion menus
- Manage BOH scheduling, hiring, and staff development
- Handle ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Maintain food and labor cost controls
- Ensure cleanliness, health codepliance, and consistent quality
- Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leadership
What We re Looking For:
- 3+ years in an Executive or Senior Sous Chef role
- Strong knowledge of Latin cuisine (Caribbean, South/Central American, or modern Mexican preferred)
- Experience with kitchen financials and staff management
- ServSafe certified (or willing to be)
- Team-oriented, professional, and passionate about hospitality
- Bilingual a plus
