Keeper is looking for an experienced barista who is passionate about hospitality

Keeper Coffee is a woman owned cafe serving specialty coffee and house made pastries. We are incredibly passionate about serving ourmunity which has served us well; we have the sweetest neighbors and regulars who make our job a pleasure!

We put an equal emphasis on drink prep/presentation as we do with attention in customer interactions.

We are a high volume cafe, so this role is only for experienced baristas with leadership experience

What were looking for:

Barista experience

Passion for coffee and specialty coffee industry, hospitality, and customer service

Ability to articulate flavors/textures in coffees and house made pastries

Attention to detail

Customer service savvy

Efficiency and sense of urgency

Desire to grow with us

30-40 hours/week

Availability on weekends and Mondays required

$27-31
