The Maple is an independently owned neighborhood pub with a small crew. We're looking for a hard working, charismatic team player with a sense of urgency. You should convey warm hospitality, with a friendly and personal demeanor, have great attention to detail and a passion for keeping your workplace clean andanized. You will need to keep an eye on everything going on in the dining room & beer garden and jump in w needed.

The position requires the ability tomunicate with customers, front of house and kitchen staff effectively. This position will be responsible for:

Expertly serving our guests;

Keeping all service areas clean and orderly;

Tending bar, making original and classic cocktails;

Batching cocktails and assisting with liquor infusions;

Keeping bar clean, stocked and running efficiently;

Bussing and cleaning tables;

Running food, andmunicating with kitchen staff;

Filling waters;

Restocking FOH and bar supplies;

Managing waitlist and seating guests;

General problem solving and customer service;

Minimum of 1 year serving required, minimum 1 year bartending required
