Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a weing environment for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This position requires strongmunication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Experience in hotel management or a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues orplaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to manage iing calls and messages.
- Assist with night audit duties as required.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness andanization at the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to .
- Strongmunication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment.
