Housekeeper I

The Fountains at Hosanna Assisted Living is located in Lakeville, MN. We offer 93 apartments. We have a well-established community with warm residents, and a dedicated and seasoned staff! We are looking for a Housekeeper to provide a clean, safe and cheerful environment for senior age residents, staff and visitors at our Assisted Living Lakeville, MN.

This Housekeeper position includes:

• 64 hours per two week pay period
• Week 1: Tues, Wed, Thur, & Fri - 8am-4pm
• Week 2: Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat & Sun - 8am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Performs thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including vacuums carpets, sweeps and mops hard floor surfaces, dusts and/or damp wipes surfaces, sanitizes bathrooms, cleans all glass windows/mirrors.
• Demonstrates precautionary work practices for the safety of others in the work areas, such as electric cords, wet floor signs, etc
• Maintains housekeeping cart and storage area on daily basis and communicates supplies that need to be re-stocked
• Performs job duties safely, using accurate body mechanics and protective equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Required:

• Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written communication including policies/procedures and safety sheets

Preferred:

• Work experience in cleaning or similar environment

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
