Food Service Worker

JOB REQUIREMENTS: \$17.33 per hour 12 pm- 8 pm The primary function of

the Food Service Worker is to cook/prepare food for 100+ residents and

assist the Lead Food Service workers in areas related to the food

services operations. Some duties and essential functions include: Cook

meals in large quantities. Assist staff to supervise residents while in

dining room. Assist with supervision of food prep workers. Remain

current on food services and health/sanitation licensing requirements

Assist with the daily cleaning schedule of all cooking/cleaning staff

assigned to kitchen, storage and dining room areas including sweeping

and/or mopping. Assist the Food Service Supervisor in maintaining

compliance with all food services licensing and fire safety inspection

authorities. Work in cooperation with RVCP staff assigned to plan

special food services events, i.e. staff parties, luncheons, meetings,

dinners, holiday events, etc. Direct work in kitchen during your shift.

Assist with program foods on the units and keeping in

compliance/cleanliness. CBRF training\'s that are required for this
