Lounge Bartender

guests you serve in the lounge. We are looking for a standout candidate

with at least a year of experience and who has the skills to make drinks

iconic legacy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintains proper and adequate set-up

of the bar on a daily basis. Including requisitioning and stocking of

all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments,

and produce, based on projections from the daily Pars sheet. Responsible

for maintaining stock, juices; and other perishables daily to ensure

product quality. Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner,

promotes and documents orders for drinks. Mixes, garnishes, and presents

drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion

control. Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates

a check for each guest, including those served by other beverage

servers, to maintain accountability of all beverages served. Maintains

glassware inventory, and ensures cleanliness on a daily basis. Maintains

cleanliness of bar and guest areas throughout shift. Assists and or

provides service to all guests sitting at the bar. Assists with service

of tables if needed. Receives cash from guests, makes any change needed,

verifies validity of charges, records charges, and insures vouchers are

properly executed, in order to balance all moneys. Maintain service bar

for servers. Locks up and stores all beverages, and other equipment

items; deposits cash drops; and secures bank. Performs general cleaning

tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to

adhere to health standards. Performs other duties and responsibilities

as requested e.g., special guest requests. Must adhere to all State,

Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving

alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws

are being followed. Other duties as assigned by management such as

assisting security with disorderly guests. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This

is a day shift Weekend position. Must have availability Saturday and

Sunday Mornings. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage

preparation and service levels for a high volume lounge/bar. Must have

high level of knowledge for spirits and beer. Must be able to recite

trendy liquors, create new drinks, and have a good understanding of
