role entails assisting in supporting a production line, packaging,

and/or ingredient blending equipment. The Production Team Member is

responsible for assisting the Machine Operator and/or Assistant Machine

Operator in ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing

high quality product and finish product packaging, inspecting equipment

and possibly performing preventative maintenance; completing paperwork

and data entry; cross-training on other machine operation duties; and

assisting in providing training or direction to other production line

employees. The Production Team Member may also act as an Assistant

Machine Operator from time to time. Responsibilities: \*Keep production

area clean and orderly \*Packaging product \*Palletizing finished goods

\*Visually inspect product and packaging \*Move material and supplies to

and from production area \*Ensure accurate counts \*Add materials to

manufacturing equipment \*Sorting and performing rework \*Responsible

for following food safety/quality/regulatory policies and procedures,

executing responsibilities as identified in standard operating

procedures, and reporting food safety/quality/regulatory concerns to the

Production or Quality Manager Qualifications: \*Food processing or

packaging experience preferred \*Understanding of food safety, workplace

safety, and food quality standards is strongly preferred \*Self-directed
