Greys Fine Cheeses is Memphiss only specialty retail cheese shop, with additional locations in Nashville and Franklin. We are a family-owned business passionate about artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, fine wine, and exceptional hospitalityand were looking for servers who share that passion.

We are a small, close-knit team that values collaboration, curiosity, and community. If you enjoy working in a locally owned business, love cheese, and are eager to learn, this might be the perfect spot for you.

What Youll Do:

• Greet and seat dine-in guests with a warm, welcoming attitude

• Take food and drink orders accurately and enthusiastically

• Guide guests with knowledgeable recommendations on wine and menu items

• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience

• Support private events as needed

Who You Are:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service (restaurant experience preferred)

• You're passionate about foodespecially cheeseand eager to learn more

• You thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

• You're personable, positive, and genuinely enjoy connecting with customers

• You meet TN state requirements to serve alcohol (at least 18 years old and hold a valid TN ABC certificate)

Pay & Schedule

• Pay - base + tips (up to $20/hour)
• Full Time Shift - Tue/Wed 11 - 4:30 and Thu - Sat 11 - 8 pm
• Part Time Shift - Thu - Sat 11 - 8 pm
• No late nights - No holidays.

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00)
