We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join the team.
Qualifications
- The position requires a minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale/fine dining
- Strong experience in upholding guest service standards
- Requires developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Ability to supervise, train and motivate multiple levels of employees.
- Ability to assess/evaluate other employees performance in a fair and consistent manner.
- Required to work long hours including opening - closing
Essential Job Responsibilities -
- Train, schedule, and delegate work assignments to all Front of House department team members including, but not limited to servers, server assistants, runners and hosts
- Work closely with the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including all front of house and back of house activities.
- Liaises between employees and General Manager
- Leading the FOH service team to ensure service standards are maintained.
- Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
- Ensure the highest cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained
- Optimize guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving issue
- Address any employee and customer concerns; escalate to General Manager if needed.
- Develop good guest relationships.
- Open and close restaurants.

- Requires moderate physical effort, carrying, bending, pulling and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds
