Bilingual Receptionist

Randstad is currently working with an organization in Boston to fill a temporary administrative/reception opportunity. This person would be greeting visitors, letting people in/out to the office, answering a busy phone line, and providing overall administrative support! Fluency in English and Spanish is a requirement due to the clientele. If you have excellent customer service and mutlitasking skills then this could be a great opportunity for you!

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders for units
• Assist with filing project
• Work closely with tenants on any issues
• Payment/billing issues for tenants
• Greeting visitors
• Assisting in drafting email, communications, and data entry
• Help with scheduling maintenance issues

Qualifications:

- 1 year of administrative experience

- Fluent in Spanish required

- Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills
