Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all dining outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
• Assist with developing and executing innovative menus and dining experiences.
• Ensure exceptional quality of food and beverage service.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control measures.
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Collaborate with event planners to execute private events and member functions.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in the Hospitality industry with event planning skills preferred
• Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a club or upscale hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Culinary knowledge and creativity in menu planning.
• Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
