Job Summary
W e are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through phone and email. You will manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment using a multi-line phone system. Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders, substitutions, pickups, and return credits using internal systems.
- Handle special customer requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Support other departments within the Distribution Center as needed.
- Participate in special projects or perform other duties as assigned.
- Shift: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Skills Required
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes using a multi-line phone system.
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency with computers.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
- Must pass a post-offer background check and drug test.
Preferred:
- 12 years of customer service experience in a call center or related role, ideally within the foodservice industry.
- Recent experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Familiarity with Cisco phone systems or similar multi-line systems.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Pay Rate
- $19 per hour and higher depending on experience
