Banquet Server

The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service during private events, banquets, and special functions. This role ensures a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service in accordance with country club standards.

• Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications
• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event
• Assist with event breakdown and resetting for future functions
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times

• Previous banquet or food service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must adhere to dress code and grooming standards
