Receptionist

We are a well-established law firm seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is critical in ensuring smooth front-office operations and creating a welcoming, organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the firm and its services
Perform data entry and general administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
Handle inbound and outbound calls with proper phone etiquette
Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred, ideally in a professional office setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills with a courteous and positive demeanor
Comfortable with outbound calling and upselling services when appropriate
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to remain composed and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
