Dishwasher Position
Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization in our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for washing and storing all cooking utensils, pots, equipment, flatware, and glassware while ensuring food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities• Dishwasher Operations : Set up, operate, and maintain the dishwashing area to ensure continuous service flow
• Sanitation & Safety : Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and dispose of trash according to health department guidelines
• Compliance : Maintain current Health Card and strictly adhere to all state and local health and safety regulations
• Professional Standards : Follow all culinary team conduct policies and Club standards
• Kitchen Support : Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing kitchen areas, walk-in coolers, storage areas, shelves, equipment, and small tools
• Flexibility : Perform additional duties as assigned by Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Line Lead

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience
• Current Washington State Health Card
• Positive attitude with pride in quality work
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
Physical RequirementsThis position requires physical stamina and the ability to:
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Use hands for detailed tasks (washing, handling equipment)
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Reach, lift, and move items regularly
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds as needed
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Maintain good vision for close and distance work
Work EnvironmentYou'll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment that includes:
