Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Part-Time | 15–20 Hours/Week | Morning & Evening Shifts Available

Full-Time | 30–35 Hours/Week | Open Availability required, Mornings and Evenings

What You’ll Do Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system Handle filing, light admin tasks, and assist where needed

What We’re Looking For A positive, energetic attitude and customer-first mindset Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong organization and time management abilities Self-motivated and reliable with a proactive approach Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus

Schedule & Availability
15–20 hours per week - Part-time

30–35 hours per week - Full-time
Morning shifts start at 7:00 AM
Evening shifts start at 2:00 PM
Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month
