Whats a typical day as a Facilities Custodian? Youll be:
Maintaining work areas of offices and industrial buildings to keep them clean and orderly, reporting to the Facilities Manager.
Using janitorial supplies, maintaining restroom areas, and removing waste material efficiently.
Performing special cleaning projects as assigned, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have the ability to perform routine cleaning and sanitizing duties, with a focus on attention to detail.
Are capable of performing tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
Can operate floor scrubber equipment and may perform basic maintenance and repair duties, including outside grounds work as required.
