The Crew Member is responsible and accountable for performing specifictasks and duties, as assigned, within the restaurant. The Crew Member provideseach guest with a positive guest service experience prepares quality foodproducts and keeps the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for all guests andemployees.

Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience thatdelivers total guest satisfaction.

Follows all Carls Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures; takes theappropriate action to ensure all guests receive service beyond theirexpectations.

Works assigned position(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocksthe assigned area(s); performs other cleaning duties as assigned.

Ensures that all guests receive hot, quality food prepares, packages, anddelivers all products according to Menu Standards.

Handles all food products according to company procedures (including anyfood preparation procedures as assigned); follows all company food safety, foodhandling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of guestsand employees.

Requirements

Education: Enrollment in high school; highschool diploma or equivalent is preferable. Good verbal and writtencommunication skills; is capable of communicating effectively with guests andco-workers.

Experience: Must be a minimum of 16 yearsof age.

Transportation: Must have reliabletransportation to work.

Accessibility: Must have telephone or otherreliable method of communicating with the restaurant.

Hours: Must be able and willing to workflexible hours, days including weekends, holidays, and possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Attendance: Must maintain good attendance and punctuality throughout the year.
