Residential Housekeeper For Estate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estate Housekeeper for a newly constructed 40,000 sq. ft. Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to ensure all flooring is well-maintained.
Manage custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings, adhering to established cleaning protocols.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring linens are clean and properly stored.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Qualifications

Previous experience working on an Estate
Previous experience working for the high net worth, celebrity, etc.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including sanitization practices.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
A willingness to learn new skills related to cooking or additional cleaning methods is a plus.
