Qualifications: Bartending experience is required.
Must be upbeat and positive and have a friendly and outgoing personality.
Must be able to work in a fast paced high volume work environment.
Must meet professional appearance standards outlined in Employee Handbook.
Provide fast, friendly, professional service to our guests.
Prepare and pour drink orders with the proper portions and ingredients according to recipe.
Keep area stocked (evaluate liquor inventory, order accordingly, slice and prep fruit for garnishing)
Great all guests using the 5-10 rule and all service behavior standards.
Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, co-workers and management.
Team player.
Ability to monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene accordingly to guidelines.
