As a Kitchen Staff member, you will be expected to learn and master all aspects of the making of our extremely unique products which will include:
- Cooking our product on a griddle using unique, proprietary cooking implements
- Sugaring product once cooled
- Sorting cooked product for quality
- Packaging and/or labeling product
- Helping to make dough and to use equipment designed to form dough chubs
- Slicing frozen dough chubs to prepare for cooking
- Performing inventory on ingredients and products
- Cleaning equipment, utensils and the facility as a whole
