Overview
We're looking for a dedicated, hard-working Houseperson who will be responsible for assisting room attendants and responding to guest calls.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, elevators, and public restrooms.
- Ensure that guest rooms are stocked with necessary supplies such as towels, soap, and toilet paper.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces such as meeting rooms and banquet halls.
- Transport linens, towels, and other supplies to and from storage areas to guest rooms and common areas.
- Remove trash and recycling from guest rooms and common areas and dispose of properly.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly and with a positive attitude.
- Assist with laundry duties, such as washing and folding linens, as needed.
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the hotel.
Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform light physical labor: Lifting, Reaching, Bending, Stretching, and Handling.
• Requires the ability to lift 25-30 pounds infrequently.
• Requires ability to communicate orally with guests and co-workers: Talking and Hearing.
