Food Service Worker needed

This position is based in a restaurant setting and requires full on-site presence. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
Make menu recommendations and describe daily specials
Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints
Prepare and serve specialty items at customers tables
Present bills and process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, travellers cheques, or room charges
Balance cash and record sales accurately
Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs promptly
Assist customers with special needs and ensure a welcoming experience
Maintain high standards of customer service at all times

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to handle physically demanding tasks
Standing for extended periods
Bending, crouching, kneeling
Handling heavy loads
Overtime may be required
Ability to work under pressure
