Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in the culinary department. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting with menu planning, kitchen management, and food preparation. - Assist with menu planning and ensure that all dietary requirements are met

- Oversee food management, including inventory control and ordering supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with banquet preparations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role is required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
