**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Assist customers with their orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure they have an enjoyable dining experience.

- **Order Processing:** Accurately take customer orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently and correctly. Handle both cash and credit transactions securely and responsibly.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a thorough understanding of our menu items, including specials and promotions, to assist customers with their selections and provide suggestions when needed.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the cashier area clean and organized. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist in other areas as needed, such as restocking supplies or helping with food preparation.

- **Issue Resolution:** Address customer complaints or concerns with a positive and proactive approach. Escalate issues to a supervisor if necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Cash Handling:** Perform daily cash handling and balancing duties accurately. Prepare cash drawers at the start and end of shifts, ensuring discrepancies are reported immediately.

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
