Barback

The Barback is responsible for helping the bartender in the daily operation of the bar

Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner

Replenish all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar during the shift

Maintain the cleanliness of the bar, refrigerators, and service areas of the bar in an organized manner

Assist in opening and closing side-work as assigned

Perform other duties as requested by management

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
