We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records via online.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Assist with customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computer applications including word processing and spreadsheet software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
