Rose Marie is looking for an experienced Dishwasher & Porter to join our team!
Responsabilidades:
Asegurese de que toda la cristaleria, vajilla y cubiertos esten lavados y priorizados para el servicio.
Lave y limpie todos los utensilios de cocina de produccion de cocina.

Limpiar ollas, sartenes y todos los demas utensilios de cocina. Todos los utensilios de cocina y utensilios seran completamente limpios y desinfectados.
Mantenga el piso de la cocina limpio y lave el area libre de residuos de comida o cualquier otro residuo.
Conocimiento del mantenimiento de pisos, equipos utilizados y buen conocimiento de la seguridad y el uso de productos quimicos.
Eliminacion adecuada del carton
Remocion de desechos y practicas seguras de levantamiento asociadas con la remocion de desechos
Mantener la higiene de la cocina de acuerdo con las pautas del departamento de salud.
Responsable del uso apropiado de los suministros y equipos de las instalaciones para minimizar perdidas y desperdicios.
Mantener el area de trabajo ordenada y limpia en todo momento; Limpia y mantiene el equipo utilizado en la preparacion de alimentos.

Dishwasher / Porter Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all glassware, dishware, and flatware is washed and prioritized for service
Wash and clean all cookware from kitchen production
Ensure appropriate dish area presentation; set up, cleanliness, monitoring chemicals and temperature of dish machine
Clean pots, pans and all other cookware utensils. All cookware and utensils will be completely cleaned and sanitized
Keep kitchen floor clean and wash area free of food residue or any other debris
Knowledge of floor maintenance, equipment used and good knowledge of chemical safety & usage
Proper disposal of cardboard
Waste removal and safe lifting practices associated with waste removal
Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
Responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss and waste
Keep work area neat and clean at all times; cleans and maintains equipment used in food preparation
Other back of house duties as assigned by management
Dishwasher / Porter Qualifications:
Previous back of house restaurant experience preferred
Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting and reaching overhead
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
Ability to handle stressful situations, while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
Ability to produce high volumes of work while maintaining quality
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends
Must be able to work around a variety of chemicals and be able to respond to hazardous situations
Must be able to lift / carry items up to 40 lbs. and push / pull items up to 75 lbs.
