Bartender/Tasting Room

Overview
We are seeking a Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending, wine, whiskey, beer settings. Necessary to obtain bartending license.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve whiskey, beer, wine, easy cocktails, seltzers, ciders, light snacks, pizzas in a tasting room environment
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, bathrooms, patio
- Handle transactions accurately
- Focus on customer service and experience
-Work events and parties
-Work independently most of the time and in pairs during parties

Skills
- Understanding of or can pick up on running the POS
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to focus
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for patrons
- Ability to manage and work independently most of the time.
- Ability to work well during busy times.
- Interest or knowledge of beer, whiskey, liquors, wines helpful
- Required to clean and stock bar area, bathrooms
- Passion and understanding of whiskey, beer, wine, spirits beneficial
- Ability to sell a plus
