General Maintenance Worker - Senior

Our client, is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to join their team. As a General Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Maintenance Worker

Location: Shippensburg, PA

Pay Range: $23.39 per hour

What's the Job?

• Fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings.
• Paint, repair flooring, and work on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to emergency situations and support necessary tasks.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Must wear safety-toed shoes and adhere to the uniform policy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance practices is a plus.
